Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery services within the United Arab Emirates only.
At this time, we do not provide international or GCC shipping. However, we may expand our delivery areas in the future as The Souled Sprout continues to grow.
Delivery Timelines
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within the next business day after they are placed.
Our business days are Monday to Friday.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Weekend Orders
Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders over the weekend.
If an order is placed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday, or during a public holiday, it will be prepared and processed on the next business day.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
For orders placed during business hours on weekdays, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 1–2 business days, depending on your location within the UAE.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed, but we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders above AED 100.
For orders below AED 100, a delivery fee will apply. The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Charges
For orders below AED 100, delivery charges may vary depending on your location within the UAE.
The final delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with delivery details, depending on the courier service used.
You can use this information to track your order or contact us if you need any support.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver your order because the recipient is unavailable, they may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.
If a second delivery attempt is required, additional delivery charges may apply.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally happen due to public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and support you with updates wherever possible.
